Everyone else was doing it...

It seems like everyone is starting their own blog these days. Blogs may have been around for some time now, but apparently those in my circle didn't get the memo until now. So here I am, going along with the crowd. I have now started my own blog. I feel strangely excited, and I can't put my finger on why. Perhaps it's because this is a new outlet by which I can express myself, or maybe it's because I want others to relate to my thoughts that I articulate here. Everyone needs to know they're not alone. Whatever the case may be, here is my first blog. Let's hope they get a little more exciting in the future.
